Horrorkore Conditions of Use
These are the conditions of Use of horrorkore.com (represented by Nima Najafi Hashemi) and the online shop.
Conditions of shipment and payment method
All prices include 19 % value-added tax. The delivery charges consist of postage, packaging, cash on delivery costs and paying-in slip. That makes lump 8 Euro altogether. Orders which are prepaid, take 3 € shipping costs. Orders from Austria and Switzerland can only be accepted, when paid per bank transfer. Costs vary by 6 and 16 € depending on weight. Prices:
All prices are actual prices and are binding when a product is ordered. Right to change the prices is reserved.
Exchanges:
Duty of exchange is excluded.
Right of rescission
a) If customer is a merchant who has been entered as such in the commercial register, there is no right of rescission and any sale or return.
b) As a normal customer, the client has sale or return for 14 days. A reason is not necessary. The cancellation of an order has to be by mail or return of the product. The product or a mail has to be sent within the 14 days. There is no duty of replacement if the customer only checks the product and doesn’t really use it. The customer hast to send back the product within 7 days. Horrorkore.com pays the postage and takes over the responsibility. Up to a value of 40 €, the customer has to pay the postage unless the delivered product isn’t according to description.
c) The customer has to make up for the fall in value.
d) There is no right of rescission (according to §6) in the case of
- custom-made design
- Delievery of Audio- or Videorecordings
- unsealed Software
- Other cases according to § 312d Abs. 4 BGB (German law)
Reservation of proprietary rights
The ordered product is property of horrokore.com until it is paid. Before transfer of ownership pledge of products, assignment as security, processing or manipulation without explicit consent by horrorkore.com is not permitted.
When there is a reason for reclamation or a wrong product delivered, please contact us per email. We don’t accept packages which are sent back without our knowledge. A refund of postage can’t be guaranteed in such cases.
